From Milan to Eindhoven, Isola Design District was a new entry in Dutch Design Week program and, for the 2019 edition, hosted 35 hand-picked designers at Pennings Foundation for "Unlimited Design – Dutch Edition".
The exhibition took visitors to a journey between projects and installations focused on innovation, sustainability, craftsmanship and new materials.
The aim was to explore design in all its forms, opening the doors to experimentation and contamination of different knowledge and disciplines, going beyond the product and its function.

Our location of
UNLIMITED DESIGN — DUTCH EDITION
After being a showroom dedicated to Italian furniture, this space was acquired by Pennings Foundation and became the first gallery in the Netherlands specialized in photography.
It's perfectly located in Eindhoven: a few minutes walk from Central Station and City Center, between other important DDW hot spots such as Van Abbe Museum, Kazerne and the Eindhoven Design Academy Graduation Show at the Campina Fabriek.
